Unhelpful thoughts can be distracting or even destructive, hindering your focus and well-being. Harness the power of your mind by adopting these strategies to manage unhelpful thoughts effectively:


1. Maintain Space Between Yourself and Thoughts:

- Observational Distance: Recognise that you don't have to engage with every thought. Allow unhelpful thoughts to pass without dwelling on them.

- Awareness: Understand that thoughts are experiences but don't define you. If a thought doesn't serve a purpose, let it go.

2. Acknowledge the Nature of Random Thoughts:

- Inherent Nature: Understand that random thoughts are a natural function of your brain. They don't necessarily reflect your character or intentions.

- Non-Attachment: Avoid assigning undue significance to every thought. Acknowledge them as passing mental events.
