I'm Serena, a herbalist, Ritual Specialist and trauma-informed wellbeing practitioner based in Southampton, Hampshire. For over seven years I've been creating handcrafted herbal products while helping people reconnect with their bodies, minds and inner wisdom through practical, holistic approaches.
My work blends traditional herbalism with modern therapeutic techniques, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), somatic practices, conscious breathwork and guided Shamanic Journeying. Whether we're working with medicinal plants, exploring limiting beliefs, regulating the nervous system or journeying through the symbolic landscapes of shamanic practice, the intention remains the same: to help you reconnect with your own innate resilience and inner guidance.
