Cancellation Policy

Consultation Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 1. Free Initial Consultations: - Free initial consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time without any penalty. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible. 2. Paid Consultations: - Cancellation or Rescheduling: - Paid consultations must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. - If a cancellation or reschedule request is made less than 3 hours before the appointment, the full consultation fee will be charged, and the consultation will be considered completed. How to Cancel or Reschedule: - To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via email: shadowandsage@icloud.com, telephone: 07823503308 or through the live chat on the website and provide your name, appointment details, and preferred new time (if rescheduling). - We will confirm the cancellation or new appointment time as soon as possible. 3. No-Show Policy: - If you do not attend a scheduled paid consultation and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe, the full consultation fee MAY be charged. If you miss more that 3 appointments concurrently, we will no longer allow any further bookings from yourself. 4. Exceptional Circumstances: - We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In exceptional cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 5.
